🍷 Azienda Agricola Lalù: A Bold Feminine Vision of the Langhe

Founded by Lara Rocchietti and Luisa Sala, two friends who met at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Lalù is a young winery based in Serralunga d’Alba, in the heart of the Langhe. With no farming background but deep passion for wine, they launched their project in 2019 after gaining experience in South Africa, Argentina, Burgundy, and Piedmont.

🌿 Philosophy

• Organic farming, respecting the natural rhythm of the vines.

• Low-intervention winemaking with native yeasts and gentle aging.

• A sensitive, intuitive approach that treats each vintage as a unique expression.

🍇 Terroir and Grapes

• 3.5 hectares of vines in La Morra and Monforte d’Alba.

• Mainly Nebbiolo, with cuvées of Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo.

🍾 Wine Style

• Elegant, expressive, and balanced reds, Burgundy-inspired but rooted in Piedmont’s terroir.
