👨‍👩‍👦 History and Family

Founded in 1942, the estate has been passed down from generation to generation.

Today, it is run by Christian, Véronique, and their son Denis Hebinger, who carry on tradition while innovating.

📍 Location

Situated in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park, in the medieval village of Eguisheim.

The vineyard covers about 11 to 13 hectares around Eguisheim and Wintzenheim.

🌱 Philosophy and Practices

Certified organic and biodynamic since 2009.

Exclusively manual harvesting, with careful soil work and respectful vinification.

Some cuvées are produced as natural wines, without added sulfites.

Pinot noir grand cru "Hengst"
