The estate spans 7.5 hectares across renowned plots like Eichberg, Henkenberg, Kirchberg, and Schlossberg, with volcanic and limestone soils. Farming is organic, with biodynamic certification underway. Varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder), Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder), and Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder).
